This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Digital products are covered separately under our Digital Downloads Policy.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

- Quality inspection
- Packaging
- Preparation for shipment
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier availability, customs processing, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control. Transit times also vary by destination and product type.

European Union 2–15 business days
Australia (11oz mugs) 5–9 business days
Australia (20oz mugs) 24–26 business days*
Canada & New Zealand 7–12 business days
Africa 10–20 business days
*Larger items may have extended shipping times.
Delivery estimates above reflect transit time only and do not include the 2–5 business day processing period.
If your order qualifies for multiple shipping options (such as Standard or Express), the available services and estimated delivery dates will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Product type
- Quantity ordered
- Selected shipping method
Where available, any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship to many destinations worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery options are determined during checkout based on your delivery address. Certain products or shipping methods may not be available in all locations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment. Please note that estimated delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment, where available.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 30 days. We'll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to investigate the shipment. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or, where appropriate, issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Depending on the status of your order, address changes may still be possible before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we're no longer able to change the delivery address.
If a package is returned because:
- An incorrect address was provided
- Delivery was refused
- The package was not collected
additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country's authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also extend delivery times.
If an order is refused or returned because customs charges were not paid, we may not be able to issue a refund for the original order. Where possible, we're happy to arrange reshipment after any applicable shipping charges have been paid.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to deliver every order as quickly as possible, delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Peak holiday shipping periods
- Operational disruptions
We appreciate your patience if these situations arise.
Digital Products
Digital products are not shipped physically. After successful payment, your digital purchase will be made available electronically as described on the relevant product page. Where applicable, download instructions will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
