1. Digital Product Delivery
All digital products sold by Hear This Concepts are delivered electronically.
Access is typically provided immediately after successful payment through a download link on the order confirmation page, a download link sent by email, your customer account (where available), or another delivery method specified on the relevant product page. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
Download links are generally available for as long as your order remains accessible through your customer account, where available. We recommend downloading and securely saving your files promptly after purchase, as continued access to download links cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

2. Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are generally final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not available.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We'll work with you to restore access or provide the correct files. If we're unable to provide access to the purchased product, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund where appropriate.
Please review product descriptions, file formats, and compatibility requirements carefully before completing your purchase.
EU & UK Customers: If you are purchasing from the European Union or the United Kingdom, additional statutory consumer rights may apply. Where permitted by applicable law, by requesting immediate access to digital content before the applicable withdrawal period expires, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access has been provided or the download has begun. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you wish to exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal rights.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region of residence.
3. Licence & Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the digital product.
You may not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute the files.
- Upload the files to public websites or third-party platforms.
- Claim ownership of the content.
- Use the files commercially unless expressly permitted.
- Modify the files for resale or redistribution.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Hear This Concepts or the applicable rights holder.
